I'm cranky today. Tech issues. Gag. Spent all morning on that BS and now I have to go to Mega Walmart and go to Verizon in person with my phone. Shoot me. I'll be back later. Hopefully in a better mood. Maybe I'll get a nice bottle of wine while I'm out....... That will help.

So I don't think I told you guys, my dance teaching "job" has been extended. I'm still doing Mondays but I was also given Fridays and Sundays, we aren't sure Sundays will stay available but I guess they are happy enough with me that they want more days from me. LOL

Hi everyone. I have been off the DIS for a while. My mom was terminally ill for several months. She passed away a couple of weeks ago, so there has been a lot going on.

I am going to try to get on the DIS more often so I can keep up with the posts.

Umm....I don't think I can catch up on 27 pages. That will teach me to not get too busy! At least things are starting to settle down at work - my lesson plans are planned at least a month out, copies are made, TA's are doing the menial tasks, and routine is setting in. Hopefully that means I can check the board at least daily.

So....any big info I missed?

2. Who will be at the park October 12-14th? We will be celebrating our anniversary, but I would love to say hi if some of you are around.

Sarah and I took it and weren't exactly thrilled wth it. It was just ok. Our guide was trying to talk in a spooky voice but just couldn't pull it off. Also there was a lot of time when he wasn't talking at all. It was a bit dull for us. I can't remember the cost. Has anyone taken it and really liked it?

So some good news! I have a new great nephew! He was born today! Problem is he is back East, but I will get to see him at the holidays. Looking forward to it.

Yes ladies, it's that time. We are now accepting sign-ups for Thursday's party at the Carousel Hotel @ 5:30. It's always a great time, so you do not want to miss this. Especially if this is your first time, it's a great way to meet everyone. And, the snack/candy table is delicious! Mmmm-mmm.

So, if you are planning on attending the Meet and Greet party, I need you to let me know. Post here if possible, or on our Facebook page. The list will be on the front page, so you can check and make sure you are on it if you are planning to attend.

We have a large group signed up for this trip, and knowing approximately how many will be at the party will help us get a better idea of how much food, drink, etc we will need. Please sign up as soon as you know whether you'll be there or not.
