DIS Digi-Scrappers Challenge #18 (8/13-8/19)

For challenge #18, scrap about something you or someone in your family loves at Disney that isn't a ride, a show or seeing the characters.
Maybe it's Hidden Mickeys. Maybe it's a particular food at Epcot's World Showcae. Maybe it's something back at the place you stay...not even at one of the parks.

The guidelines are pretty simple:
1) Scrap about something that isn't a ride, a show or the characters.
2) Journal! Tell why this is something you or your family loves.
3) Use at least two photos.
4) Use some sort of a frame around one (and only one) of your photos.

We Love Photopass - My sister and I love Photopass because we can both be in the photo. Also love the fun photos like the Tink ones or Haunted Mansion ones. For my layout, the photopass logo is part of the Copyright photo that comes on the CD, so its my second photo.

BriarRose59-That is an amazing view! I can imagine that would be your favorite resort. I love how many photos you have in your layout and the light blue mat makes them pop off the page.

Yzerbear19-I agree with you about Photopass photogs. They make the documenting of the trip so much easier. I love your layout. The little splotches of glitter are a really neat touch.

Yzerbear, we love photopass too! Even though my kids are almost grown, I still like to have at least one nice family shot when we visit the Disney parks. The layout looks great with the b&w photo. Great colors!

Beautiful! And, isn't that the truth? Nothing makes you feel more like you are "there" than those castles. I love the fonts...especially on the journalling.

It was nice to work in color for this challenge after the ToT b/w pages from the last challenge.

Thanks Terri for hosting this week. I have to tell you that when I started reading the guidelines (before I got to your example) the first thing that popped into my mind was that fountain outside of the Imagination Pavilion. We have some great pictures with that thing!

Oh, that is awesome! I love the title cut out of the pool photo. Pool pics are so great for things like that! The water is so pretty it's hard to resist. I really like that paper or border at the bottom of the page. Reminds me of some placemats my family had when I was growing up.
