Best of luck everyone! :thumbsup2 I had a shocking weekend (Chinese takeaway; Mexican restaurant; Cocktails; Champagne...) so I've REALLY got to pull my socks up this week... :rolleyes1

ive lost 1lb again this week :rotfl2: to make 13 1/2lb in total :woohoo: very pleased with that :)

I'm changing my weigh-in day to Friday, it's not a good idea doing it on a Monday! ;)

i used to go on a friday and i much prefer that to the beginning of the week ;)

I'm off to ww in a minute, don't hold out much hope of losing a lb, probably put a fair bit on after the week i've had! :rolleyes:

I have put 2 1/2lb on

I am starting on no count for a week with ww instead of points, just to see if it works for me.

Jeanette ~ Probably a good idea to alter your method. Have you been journaling?
 
I have been tracking , but not as thoroughly as i should of, it is so easy to forget the things that you eat and not write it down.So after a week that has seen a big mac at macdonalds + the fries and then a meal out with starter, main and a pudding, i'm not surprised how i've done this week-she says kicking her self up the bum!
 
Jeanette ~ Sounds as though the weight gain wasn't that un-expected. Anyway onwards and downwards from now on.

If you track all of the food you eat until the next weigh-in. I'm certain you will see a lose next week :grouphug:
