i put 11/2 on.. but i have been extremely good!! i missed last wks weigh in as i know that i had put on around 5lbs so i've lost most of that and am now back on track with only the 11/2 to lose to get back to what i was.

When I first read that I thought you had said that you put 11 and a half pounds on! :faint: I was thinking that must have been some meal!! :rotfl2:

Anyway, one and a half is nothing, that will soon come off :goodvibes
 
Didn't weight in last week and so i've had the worst 2 weeks and put on half a stone :scared1:, I wasn't trying to be good so it was expected.

its my fave meal from the chippie, ive not had one since before christmas :confused:

I could kill for a steak pudding, chips, mushy peas and gravy at this moment :scared1:

WOW Guys - I've just checked back in after my mini holiday away and you've all been doing amazing! :banana:

And after the hen party in Benalmadena I was quite suprised that after four days of drinking and eating whatever was in front of us, I've only put on 1lb!!!! I was shocked to say the least :scared1:

So I'm back on the wagon again this week, back to the gym at the end of this week once I've got over the tiredness :thumbsup2

Hi guys, just weighed in (a day late, I'm afraid) and have put on 1/2 lb. It's hardly surprising, really, after the boozy food-filled weekend we had but I'm back on the straight and narrow and hoping to lose that and more next week.

I've got two more weeks before Easter and would love to be under 12 stone by then.

I indulged quite a bit - McDonalds breakfast on Saturday morning; hot cross buns in the afternoon and crisps in the evening!!! Yesterday I behaved better - we went out for a delicious lunch of Spanish tapas and I resisted dessert tho' I scoffed quite a few Haribo Starmix in the evening... :rotfl2::lmao::rotfl2: Gotta be an angel for the rest of the week now... :angel::angel::angel:

I went over the top this weekend too Karen. I had the Chinese all you can eat buffet on Thursday evening, a BHS breakfast Saturday morning, pie and chips from the chippy Saturday evening, a few Thorntons choccies and a meal at Frankie & Benny's last night :blush:

I am back on track and I'm going to try to be very good between now and my weigh-in on Friday morning

Netty, you did well to claw back some of that gain for this week. You obviously have been trying really hard and it's paid off - hope things go well the rest of the week and you manage to shift that 1 1/2 lbs (and a bit more) :)

up to 15 9 1/4 but again it was a heavy foody birthday weekend for me too.
