i lost 6lb this week,so really pleased.thats 61lb now,in 11 weeks,really gonna have to start toning up,but not really sure,the best way to do it.

no weigh in fo rme this week, had a healthy and safety assessment for sons electric chair at school and it went on for 4 hours :eek:

will skip it this week and go my usual thursday next week.xxx

My best suggestion would be for you to join a local gym if possible and get a few one-to-one sessions with a trainer to set you on the right track... I know it's not for everyone but it might be worth thinking about..? :thumbsup2

i do go swimming & walking,but my stomach & arms,don't seem to be toning up:confused3

Pilates is fantastic for toning, I did classes after my DD was born and it really helped with my stomach.

Weighed-in this morning and I've lost 1lb which takes me down to within 3lbs of my target!!! :woohoo:
 
Sorry I'm a day late - had lots on my mind yesterday with court so forgot to weigh in.

Well I've STS this week. The scales did hover over the STS or a gain so I held my breath and it chose STS. :banana:

Really pleased as I had a meal out Friday with friends and then went out Saturday with DH for our Anniversary and had 5 courses! :scared1:

I've only managed to go running 3 times this week so not my usual 5.

I must say though even though I may have only lost a couple of pounds in total I seem to have lost lots of weight off my back. I no longer have those bulges around my bra which I hated so really chuffed. My hubby thinks my legs have really toned up but I've yet to see a difference with my waist line :confused3

Some FANTASTIC weight losses going on - so meany people reaching or getting close to target.

I'm feeling good this morning, I've lost 2.5lb which after the weekend I had is incredible but I have been good all week :angel: .
I'm now within my healthy weight range and BMI. :yay:
Another 5lb and I'll will have reached my personal goal :)

I must say though even though I may have only lost a couple of pounds in total I seem to have lost lots of weight off my back.
