Well done everybody - some fantastic losses:cool1:

I've STS this week and I'm not surprised - it was a big eat out and pig out party weekend.

DH has cooked potato dauphinoise tonight forgetting I am trying to diet:rolleyes: not good after the weekend we've had.

I'm still walking much more and that's helping me not put on - just need to get back in the food groove ::yes::

To celebrate this loss I made lemon muffins, which probably means I've blown it for this week! :guilty: I don't think I've really got to grips with this dieting lark. :confused3

I stayed the same this week so still 1 lb away from that 1st stone. I'm not eating carbs for 4 days to try and boost my weight loss.... After i'd eaten last night and before I went swimming I jumped on the scales again and I'd lost that pesky pound to bring me up to my first stone lost I had forgotten to write my weight down yesterday so i'm making that my weight for last week

think im having an off week at the moment. i worked really hard last week and had a fab week, i planned to relax a bit this week but ive totally relaxed.
just cant get into things this week, think i'll have to go strict again just to stop me gaining.

I have real difficulty sticking to it at weekends - I'm good all week and then go overboard at weekends and undo all my hard work. Hope you get back into it soon :goodvibes

From a personal point of view, I've stayed the same this week - but it was only to be expected, what with all the popcorn and pizza I ate on Sunday. I am determined to be good this week, however it's DD's 16th Birthday on Saturday so no doubt there will be some cake and other yummy treats flying about this weekend - I'll just have to make sure I duck them :rotfl2:
