I've lost a pound this week, and I did manage to lose an inch off my waist and chest. I really need to step it up a gear as I go for my final fitting for my Wedding Dress in June and I really need to lose more weight. Well another week, and my aim is 3 pounds, lets see......
How has everyone else done this week?

I've had a really excellent first week (although I know it's only because it is my first week ;) ) and I've managed to lose 7 1/2 lbs :banana:

I am aiming for just 1 lb this week because I know I'm going to be quite naughty with my birthday tomorrow and the DIS meet at Tony Romas on Sunday :rolleyes1
 
Wow - 7 1/2 lb - that's fantastic. My first week (many moons aog) I lost 1 1/2! WELL DONE :banana: :cool1: :banana:

BUT ......i did have my wisdom teeth out on friday so havent eaten for 4 days much now,(sure some is water ....) but still 9lbs , a good start eh?
I was good last week b4 the op too, did detox monday and have been good up till Friday..

Wow!!! Those are some weight losses - almost double what we all lost last week and it's only Monday!!! What on earth are you girls doing - sounds very effective?! Give me some tips, please...

I've got to carry on trying - but I'm so plateau'd out it's quite depressing. Still I'm going to be very good this week - NO alcohol and NO starchy carbs... :yay: :yay: :yay:
 
i can totally sympathise Karen, ive been dieting since september and its boring me now ;)

just keep imagining yourself in all your new clothes :wizard:
 
my weight loss was a very painful one :rotfl: lol,
before that i detoxed monday, only water to clear my system, and have been doing the two bowls of cereal and dinner thing to kickstart it, will go to normal healthy eating diet when i can finally eat.....i look like a gopher!

Was toying with joining weightwatchers, anyone doing ww??
 
i do WW :) i find it really easy to follow and as long as you stay within your points then you can eat chocolate and cakes ;) thats a big plus for me.

also i need the discipline of attending a class or i cheat too often :rotfl:
 
I do weightwatchers and I love being able to make a veggie soup and have as much as I like! I buy the mag for ideas!

I also have an exercise bike :moped: which I use a lot and a new ...mini trampoline: :jumping3: which is exhusting :yay:

Congrats on some amazing weight losses. I thought about joining WW again, but I find I lose more when I low carb, unfortunately!! I am following the GI diet, but I have decided to give the 6 day mini makeover a go. I am going to start that on Monday, so am looking forward to seeing how much I've lost after the 6 days.
I own an elliptical trainer and I do 20 min every morning and I do 100 sit ups every night, 20 push ups(all I can manage), 10 reps of each weight exercises, 100 hula hoops (if that makes any sense) and 60 leg raises for each leg. It is making a difference, but I find it so boring. I just keep imagining me in my wedding gown and it spurs me on.
 
Can I join in? I have been going to Weightwatchers for longer than I care to say, but it might help if I had to post my weight loss (or gain) on here too !!

I need to lose 2 stone before October holidays - so need this.
