Hi girls,
sorry i'm late posting this, I was too busy enjoying myself on the dis and then I spotted last weeks dis dieters thread and realised I hadnt put it on for this week! :rotfl:

Last weeks total weight loss was a fantastic

16.5lbs

I lost 4LBS ! this week!

(actually 7 if you include from weekend before! but 4 since last monday)

I needed a good first week to help with my motivation, heres hoping for a similar loss next week eh!

my first mini goal is our anniversary weekend away 19th October, i want to have lost a stone by then x

I will be weighing in again on Thursday (give me a chance to undo the damage I did yesterday at TGI's :rotfl: )
 
I stayed the same this week but at least I din't put any on :thumbsup2

It wasn't a healthy week (McDonalds, Chinese, Chips etc, although no chocolate or crisps) so it could have been worse.

Just been out and spent £70 mainly on fish, fruit and vegetables so i'd better lose something this week. :rotfl:

Well done to everyone else, don't keep that up or you'll put the rest of us to shame :lmao:
 
fab weight losses so far.

I have lost 2lbs this week. really chuffed :yay: The excersise bike really seems to be working! I do 1/2 hour each day.
