sorry to start the week off badly but i did really well all week and then got really fed up when the scales were staying the same so blew it the weekend so a 2lb gain for me

My first weigh in is tomorrow night, so I'm keeping fingers crossed. I have been so good all week so I will be devastated if I haven't lost anything. Hopefully with it being the first week it will be a big loss, thats how it normally works with me anyway
