A very successful week again last week and another fantastic weight loss of

24.5lb

Good Luck everybody, i wont be doing a weigh in until next week as i am just starting my diet/excercise plan today.

I've probably undone my good work from last week - I went out with DH on Friday night to an Italian restaurant and, despite saying I wasn't going to have dessert, ended up being tempted by Banoffee Pie!!! Then, of course, it was Mother's Day and we all went out for more nosh at a Greek restaurant!!! SO I've gotta lotta hard work to do this week!!! Think I need to be more strong-willed and disciplined - wish me luck!!! :scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

I have lost 3lb this week:woohoo: I have lost 10lbs in total now. I still have A long way to go but this is the most ive lost in ages,Just wanted to thank you all for your support it really does help:flower3:

I've managed to fit into a size 10 skinny jeans without breathing in and breaking my ribs..not sure how, been scoffing my face all week lol.

I was really good all day, but that blooming Milky Way wrestled me to the ground and forced me to eat it :upsidedow

thats my problem as well ;) willpower is NOT my forte !

That's exactly how I feel today girls, and I'm disappointed as I was really good last week

I've lost 3/4 lb this week, very slow progress, wish i did'nt want to eat! Thanks for all the encouragement, it really does help.
