Hi everyone, sorry im late posting the thread ( im in holiday mode already :rotfl2: )

Last weeks weight loss was

14lb

Special well done to Kellie who lost 4lb :worship:

Well, I've started a new regime - I joined Weightwatchers Online last night and am trying the Core programme. This is something very new for me so fingers crossed it works!!! :goodvibes

Good luck with it Karen, is the core plan the one where you mostly eat the "free" foods ?

Yes, Nat. I don't have count points so it's more of a healthy eating plan. The difference for me is that I've been low-carbing for so long I think my metabolism's totally used to it. :rolleyes: This'll be a complete change and I'm looking forward to it.... :thumbsup2

I totally forgot to post last week :confused3 to say that after my 5 days in DLRP & my birthday I put on 3lbs...not too bad I suppose.

I had planned to be really good for this weeks weigh in on Weds and get rid of last weeks gain but it has totally gone out of the window as it was my DH's birthday Friday and what with the new puppy it's been a bit hectic! I guess I would have put on again this week. :sad2:

I am expecting my first gain this week as I have had a terrible week. It has been my time of the month and I have picked non stop. DD had a cake sale at school on Friday and I was not too good whilst making cakes for it or at the sale itself. Then this weekend we celebrated my DSD birthday and we ate out at a carvery restaurant, mainly because I thought I could be good :rotfl: However some how piles of roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, yorkshire pudding, sausages and gravy found its way on to my plate. I then followed this with a huge piece of chocolate fudge cake :eek: That's all bad enough but DH and I got the munchies around 9.30pm in the evening and I had a small chicken and mushroom pizza :scared1:

Here's hoping that I can some how sts but I doubt it very much.

i think im in holiday mode as well as i only managed to lose 1lb:sad2: , i did give in to 2 takeaways. i will keep plodding along until my holiday.

i'm not too hopeful either, ive been picking most of the week, not been sticking to it very well, so hoping to have stayed the same. but guess i'll find out tomorrow.........

anyway i went last night to slimming world and have lost 4lbs!!

Not too bad this week, really trying to get 4-5lbs off to take me down into the next stone level as it were.
Not beeen too bad today as it's so hot here I've not wanted to eat much.
The portion pots system is still going well though.

I haven't been to weigh this week, it's that time of the month and I couldn't be bothered with it really! ;) I am going to go every other week from now on I think - although having said that I won't be going next week either as we are going to Alton Towers for the day next monday.

Unfortunately I didin't get away with my bad week and I had my first gain of 1.5lb :guilty: It could have been worse so I'm not feeling too bad about it and I got straight back on the diet properly today :)

aer my gain last week then ate bad for a few days wasnt looking forward to weighing myself today............but im glad i did.
lost 7 lbs :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

what was even better is the fact my son was with me (useless school)
so i had someone to celebrate it with :)
