After two weeks of Disney food I am back on track, although I'm not looking forward to my weigh in on Saturday!!!

Hi Nat - I stayed the same again this week, my WW leader wants me to try something new so he has given me a list of stuff to eat this week as I tend to stick to the same things and have really slowed down with it this month.

Oh well hope to do better next week!

Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm a newbie to posting. In fact this was the first for me. I'm not sure how I came to your site but here I am. Once I figure out how to get info about myself and family to everyone I will
but for now I'm in the US - Wichita KS and our next trip to WDW is Sept 22-Oct 1.

As far as a diet I'm just watching portion size and adding more fruits and veggies for now.

although I am officially exempt from weigh in (as I attended the alcohol-sodden weekend thereby known as the GGG) I caved and just HAD to weigh this morning..............


......... put on 3lbs :sad1: which takes me back a fortnight.

But! as said weekend was a feast of bad food, too much alcohol and no exercise (apart, of course, from Nat and I jogging round the field at 6 am and climbing mountains) I don't reckon thats too bad.

total so far, still 2 stone (28 lbs)

wearing jammies? no, Kaylee, we took it really seriously and wore correct jogger apparel, of course when we climbed the mountain we had our everest jackets, boots and tone of kendal mint cake. :rotfl2:
