dis dieters week beginning 26th march ...

Whoops...I forgot to post last week....but I lost 2lbs last week and 1lb this week. So a total of 3lbs lost over the 2 weeks since I joined. Just need to up the exercise now and keep strong with the choccy season approaching!:scared1: Good luck everyone with next week.

Sorry Nat, can't help on the weight loss this week i STS, i'm really fed up cause i tried xtra hard this week and i've done at least 40 mins proper exercise every day, they tried telling me it was fat turning to muscle but i've got so much fat if it all turns to muscle i'll look like hulk hogan!i'm off to drown my sorrows with a cup of tea with no sugar and skimmed milk>

I myself have lost 2 pounds this week which is surprising as I was really bad at the weekend and had desserts both nights, and they weren't fruit;) I also had a......ahem......chinese.
Anyhoo, back on the wagon as of this week and I start my 6 day body makeover on Sun (nothing but chicken, turkey, fish, veg and fruit) supposedly you lose a whole dress size or pant size in that 6 days, well, we'll see.....

I'm afraid I've had a bit of a mishap this morning. I leapt on the scales a little too enthusiastically this morning and it read that I'd lost a stone and a half :confused3 Well for some time I have wondered whether my scales were on their way out, as they've never been the same since I weighed my luggage before my last holiday :rotfl2: Well I've changed the batteries, but they are definitely cream-crackered

Hopefully I'll be back with you soon
