Dis Dieters, week beginning 19th May 08

great start joh!!

ive been really good the past 2 days, been having red days both days (on SW), and not had any sins so far. just had cod for dinner, fancied a change!
and just been to the gym for the first time in 3 weeks (been ill)
 

Will the Ging Gang Goolie-ers be exempt from a weigh-in next week ? :rotfl2: or will it be a competition to see who puts the most weight on ? :rotfl:

Slim line bitter lemons all around then ? :lmao:

This week i have stayed the same, which im not too disappointed about as my sis and her fiance came down to stay so we ended up going out for dinner having a few drinks etc.

lots of salads planned for this week!!

Time for me to join in again, I have fallen off the wagon a little bit - people have said that I don't look like I have gained but I feel like I have, so I am not happy! I shall be looking for a loss of 7lbs at least before my holiday at the end of July. So wish me luck, I weigh in at WW on Monday nights so I will let you know how I get on!

I stayed the same this week, I'm going to be really good this week - would love to lose the 4.5lb to get my 2 stone award but that might be a little ambitious

i lost one and a half, not as good as i was hoping, thats what i get for weighing myself on my rubbish at home scales and getting my hopes up!!
still its a loss and ive got my half stone award so thats good!

Just back from Weight Watchers. I'm up 2.5 pounds. :( I did have a couple of bad times - fish fillet and chips from Mc Donalds one day and 2 chocolate bars another day but I'm honestly shocked that I've put on that much cause overall I thought I was being good. It's so disheartening. But I'm going to try harder this week.
 
Try not to lose heart Deb. I will probably be undoing all my hard work this weekend and I know how disappointing it is to put on. But you've been doing really well so get back on track and good luck for next week :goodvibes

Thanks Joh and Natalie. I'm still very determined and I think my lack of exercise this week made a huge difference (I was so busy with work I couldn't get out walking). In a way it's gonna push me a bit harder which is a good thing. Thanks again guys. :hug:

i forgot, im a day late!!
lost 2 ld its getting really slow now, but its my bday next week so lots of "naughties" at school before the holidays.
i would just like to say goodluck to everyone out of their routine next week, cause thats when i struggle.
