Hi Mandy,

I started the lighter life diet not sure if you have heard of it before? It’s basically a meal replacement/ food management course that you do in 3 stages. It’s a VLCD so not everyone’s cup of tea but I am giving it ago as its not just about what I am eating its why I am doing it in the first place so they will help me understand what my triggers are and manage them in the future.

I'm foregoing my weigh-in this week, I've had a terrible week, as it was DH's birthday last weekend and we went out for 2 meals, then I ate about 3/4 of his birthday cake and then we had a meal at the O2 arena - so I feel like a blob now, and I know it would ruin my weekend if I weighed myself this morning

Hopefully I'll get my act together next week

well girls, I didnt make it to ww on wed night, or even this morning, there is no way i can walk very far even on painkillers, which arent having that much of an effect.. this wkend i am going to do absolutely nothing, to see if that helps my slipped disc.good luck girls for next weeks weigh ins. :hug:

Well done to all this week! I haven't been on since before Christmas as we have had our internet changed, so no access for a bit.

Lost 2lbs last week and 3lb this week so am hoping to keep it up.

Hi i'm going to wdw in 11 weeks and would love to lose 2 stone .. i've given up smoking :banana: but now gotta get rid of all weight i've put on :sad1: Really need encouragement i guess as am rubbish at motivating myself .. Gonna try my hardest to get there!!

If you have managed to give up smoking then you must have some willpower :worship: thats a fab acheivment

good luck with the weight loss, what diet are you following ?
 
Um not following any particular diet .. just lots of exercise, cutting down the amount of food i eat and making sure what i eat is good food .. have been watching all the jamie oliver things on tele recently which scared me hahahhaha :rotfl2:

not joined in much as have still stayed the same, fluctuated by 2 or 3 pounds since mid november and still there.
