Myself i have lost 1lb this week which i am happy with, its going in the right direction!

Fantastic- well done!!!just had my first weigh in (and i know you lose more in the first week than in other weeks) but was really happy to hear i'd lost 6 pounds!!!!
didnt stay to the slimming world meeting because ive got a bad cold, but am really happy to have lost that much, was only expecting about 3 or 4. makes all the fruit during the week worth it!!

I weighed in tonight and was amazed that I have lost a further 5lbsI haven't really eaten differently this week although I do have a wii-fit now and we've been doing DIY this week so a bit more exercise than normal. I'm really thrilled I've now lost 23.5lbs in 6 weeks

Thanks Netty. I'm dieting with Slimming World and I'm following the 'green' diet. I love the fact that I can fill up on pasta and potatoes and not feel hungry. I normally have a mullerlight and blueberries for breakfast. A wholemeal roll stuffed with cheese (can you believe I'm allowed to eat cheese on a diet!!) homemade coleslaw and salad leaves. I eat this with a banana and one of the Slimming World H-fi bars (chocolate and orange ones are delicious!) Then I have various different teas but my favourite is spicy potato wedges, baked beans and quorn sausages. I always have a kitkat or a penguin bar in the evening with a hot chocolate so I get my daily choccy fix too.

Ok you guys, It is bloody diff to loose wt BUT you can do it, and even more important, you can keep it off, I have been fat free for 3 years, I was on another thread showing off my tatto and neety said I should try to inspire you lot, I have only ever told a few people about my wt loss because I find it ver embarrassing, I lost 8 stone!! I now fill my days with swimming, running and bike, Sat I am doing another half marathon!! And if I can do it YOU can, any way I hope I inspire you, If I can help e-mail me anytime!!!

I have not weighed in this week as it was my birthday on saturday and as its FA cup final this saturday I have given myself the week off, as my alchol consumption is bound to affect the scales.Will be straight back to it on monday I have kept up the excerise though so hopefully I havent done to much damage![]()
