Dis Dieters, week beginning 10th march 08

Weighed this morning and lost another 3lbs. This was good as it brings my total to 4 stone. For 2 weeks I didn't lose a thing and didn't really break my diet, but this week it seems on the move again, thank goodness.

Well I set a goal last week to lose 2lbs-and i am so pleased-just been weighed and lost 2lbs!!!!:woohoo:

well done to all you losers

as for me i did ok all week and then blew it at the weekend :sad2:

i have stared weigh myself all the time and my mood in decided by what the scales say that morning (which isnt good)

so i have decided to carry on trying to shift the weight but im going to stop weighing myself and just do my measurements and take a photo every month.
i think i will weigh myself once a month.

i will still check in to see how everone is doing if that is ok? and let you know how im doing?
