Dis dieters week beg 2/10

After last night's food-fest experience, I'm too scared to weigh myself until Friday morning - will have to be very good for the rest of the week. ;) Went to the gym this afternoon and I'm joining a scary-looking RPM class on Thursday morning.
 
i lost 1lb this week, im strangly dissapointed tho ...i was hoping for 2lb :confused3

Yes i did find it very hard to get into especially the 1st 2 weeks not easy with the kids bringing in chocolate etc, no i didn't get much info just given a kick start diet book and told a little bit about the diet and then left to my own devices, i didn't do very well on the kick start last week i got the next book and again not told much info but it does allow you more food and treats.

I find slimming world very easy. The first week I lost 2lb and the second week 1lb. I was very disappointed so the others in the group analyised my food diary and all commented I didn't eat enough. This has always been my problem, I don't eat a lot - just the wrong stuff! LOL

Anyway, the next week i ate loads & loads and lost 3 1/2lb! From then on I've lose 11/2 - 2lbs a week. :Pinkbounc

Basically I have a Sunday dinner every night but i don't have potatoes. I could if they were boiled in their skin but i like mashed (With butter & milk). I have a yorks pud and gravy and lots & lots of meat & veg.

I chose slimming world as i didn't want to be weighing anything and i didn't want my young children picking up on dieting!

I would say the biggest change to my eating habits is that instead of having half a dozen bisuits without even realising i'd eaten them - I make myself a coffee have 2 bisuits and sit down and enjoy them. This is 4 - 6 syns and you can have 15 in a day!

God I sound like a consultant! LOL

Had my weigh in today. Lost 2lb so got my stone sticker! Got loads on this weekend with hubby's 40th so hoping to maintain

I'm disappointed to report that I stayed the same this week. I'll just have to try a bit harder next week :)

I am really struggling with the R conley diet, Like muskateer, i have had little info on it. I think I will go back to ww instead as I know if i put my mind to it i will lose weight!!
