Wow ! I can't believe it's October now, and Autumn is well and truly with us. I don't know about you, but I find it hard to see any results from my dieting when I'm wearing jeans and cardigans, but we must soldier on if we want to feel good for our holiday, special occassion and even Christmas

Finally, someone who goes on holiday, and puts proper weight on, like I do. It always amazes me when some people say they have been to WDW and put on 3 lbs :confused3 I can put that on on the plane over :rotfl2::rotfl2:

I forgot to post last week but I STS, hoping for a loss when I weigh in tomorrow morning. :thumbsup2

I haven't been doing much the last couple of weeks, as I haven't been doing very well health wise again. But I am determined to get sorted, and have been back on the wii fit for the last 3 days or so.

I know my wii fit lies as I apparently put on 4lbs on sunday evening, (tea was very nice:lmao:) but then lost it all by last nights weigh in.:confused3

So, I have relatives from Florida coming over in May, a wedding to attend in September and a trip to WDW next December. And a sometime soon catch up session with friends that I haven't seen since I weighed quite a bit less:scared1:

If that lot isn't incentive I don't know what is:confused3
Now I just have to wait until Friday to find out the results of the latest blood test, to see if I have a thyroid condition that is causing me to put on even more weight.:sick:

I found a 4 months old weigh slip from one of those machine weigh things at the gym and my BMI has gone down from 27 to 25.9 and that I have lost 8lbs since then!! So I am v pleased with myself!!

Only .9 to go and according to the machine I'll be in the "normal" weight category :rotfl::rotfl:

Have a good healthy eating week everyone :thumbsup2

Thank you both - i am pretty pleased - am now aiming for BMI of 25 before Xmas - although i hope I dont have to work on losing too many lbs from our upcoming hols :rotfl:
