Has anyone got any tricks to keep motivated ? like putting a photo on the fridge or drinking a glass of water before eating to fill you up ? Please share your little tips with us![]()
I've got my weigh in tonight, I dread to think how much I have put on![]()
Just a thought but - How about we all think about "healthy eating" rather than dieting?
Our minds think of dieting as restrictive, but healthy eating as positive
so maybe we can think about the positive side of our eating rather than "I wish i could have that chocolate/crisps/cheese" etc?

Well it was as I thought, I put 6lbs onOh well, at least I enjoyed myself doing it!!
It would be nice if I could lose the 6lbs in the next 2 weeks

Well I am thrilled to say that I have lost 5lbs since Monday. I have been really good all week (except for a birthday Cosmo and slice of cake last night). I know that that was my excess, and now the hard work begins

Well I am thrilled to say that I have lost 5lbs since Monday. I have been really good all week (except for a birthday Cosmo and slice of cake last night). I know that that was my excess, and now the hard work begins

Just back from my weigh in and I have lost 4lbs
I really like the new ww pro points plan, something just seemed to have clicked in my head and I havent felt hungry all the time either.

The best tip i was given was from a friend of mine who joined WW middle of last year and she had a lot to lose (i think her goal was about 5st). Her leader suggested taking a photo of herself when she started, and then a photo every couple of weeks along the way. That way when she lost motivation she could look at the photos and see how much difference she had already made.She said it really helped her - she has now lost over 3 stone![]()
