I've got my weigh in tonight, I dread to think how much I have put on :headache:
 
Has anyone got any tricks to keep motivated ? like putting a photo on the fridge or drinking a glass of water before eating to fill you up ? Please share your little tips with us :)

Just a thought but - How about we all think about "healthy eating" rather than dieting?

Our minds think of dieting as restrictive :confused3, but healthy eating as positive :rolleyes1 so maybe we can think about the positive side of our eating rather than "I wish i could have that chocolate/crisps/cheese" etc?

Well it was as I thought, I put 6lbs on :rolleyes: Oh well, at least I enjoyed myself doing it!! :cool1: It would be nice if I could lose the 6lbs in the next 2 weeks :goodvibes

Hey, can I join in :flower3:... i'm going back to the gym tomorrow :sad2: i'll be able to see how much I have put on since the last time I went... it was a while ago... but hopefully a bit of support on here will do me good and I hope I can provide a bit of support to everyone too. :goodvibes

:yay: Well I am thrilled to say that I have lost 5lbs since Monday. I have been really good all week (except for a birthday Cosmo and slice of cake last night). I know that that was my excess, and now the hard work begins

I just look in the mirror .. at the moment thats all the motivation I need ...yuck :sad2:

The best tip i was given was from a friend of mine who joined WW middle of last year and she had a lot to lose (i think her goal was about 5st). Her leader suggested taking a photo of herself when she started, and then a photo every couple of weeks along the way. That way when she lost motivation she could look at the photos and see how much difference she had already made.She said it really helped her - she has now lost over 3 stone :)

I really like the new ww pro points plan, something just seemed to have clicked in my head and I havent felt hungry all the time either.

I agree with this, I took a photo in the begining, and then one every couple of months. It is quite motivating to see how much you change.

Can I join again. I joined last year and was following WW and by the end of May has lost 25lb. I've continued to follow the plan and maintained up until Xmas when I've put on 3lbs but somehow it feels like a lot more. :scared1:

The new Pro Points system is great so I'd like to try and loose another stone before I go to Florida in October - I remember how great these boards were in helping me loose the first lot of weight.... trouble is this last stone will probably be very hard as this will mean I weigh the same as when I was 18! :rotfl:

I do WW online and my Weigh in day is Friday so I suppose you should record +3lb
 
How's everyones week been going?

I'm quite pleased that I've been pretty good this week. Stayed within my daily pro points allowance and not touched the weekly one yet. Got a curry tonight, but instead of my usual calorie-laden recipe I've currently got a weight watchers chicken tikka masala simmering :thumbsup2. Bought low fat naan breads too and I only intend on having half of one.

I do have a glass of vino tonight, but after an alcohol free week I'm not feeling guilty. This is what my weekly 49 points are for :lmao:

Hope everyone has fab weekends x. Good luck for the weigh-ins next week. Mine is Tuesday so will be back to update how I've done this week, either :cool1: or :scared1:
 
Well I went to the gym today and got weighed and measured and lets just say I was like :faint: On a plus point I do have until my holiday ticker reaches zero :goodvibes Next weigh-in is next Friday so I can work towards that :goodvibes
Well done with everyone's weight loss so far :thumbsup2 I'm a little behind starting, but better late than never.
