I can't believe it's Monday again, I nearly forgot to post this weeks thread, the weeks seem to be flying by as we head towards Christmas

:yay: Well done to everyone who lost or STS last week :yay:

I was thrilled to reach my holiday target last week, and I won't be weighing in this week as my mind in like mulch at the moment and with all the excitement going on I will be lucky if I don't leave the house with my skirt tucked into my pants :rotfl2::rotfl2:

As I won't be here next week I will be leaving you in the capable hands of my trusty, glamourous assistant Sue, who I am sure will whip you all into shape while I'm enjoying many cocktails

So once again :wizard::wizard: Good Luck this week everyone :wizard::wizard:
 
Wow you got this thread up bright and early. I will be back on Saturday to report on how my weight loss goes and just thought I would add a Good Luck of my own to those trying to trying to shed those extra pounds.

Well not a bad week, I lost 1lb this week, so slowly creeping towards my first stone lost. Its now got to that stage where its gets harder to shift,but my goal is 2 stone in total, so Im nearly half way there:thumbsup2

I didnt weigh in last week as struggled all week:headache: but am back on track and fully focused again

I was disappointed this week as I didn't lose anything.Although, I felt this week was better than last.

Yes hon, my clothes are fitting much much better and going up three flights of stairs in work is also getting easier:goodvibes

It's hard when you feel you've been good and then STS.....but think positive, you haven't gained and it will all come right in the end. Good luck:wizard:


I wanted to get a good start to the week, so got DH to train me for an hour yesterday....he's a kids football coach...and boy did he beast me, I've never run so much in my life:rotfl: I then spent 30mins exercising before work this morning.....I'm now fit for nothing....I feel like a 90 year old, every part of my body is aching:eek:............It better pay off on wednesday:rotfl:

Well it's WWW again and boy I'm about to loose the will to live........
......last week I lost 4lb and I couldn't believe it as I'd been away and drank and ate like mad.......well....this week I've busted my butt.....exercising every morning and even let my husband beast me with his training on sunday........and would you believe it I put on 1/2lb:scared1:............aarrgghh.......past understanding why:scared1:

I always seem to go off track during the school hols.....days out are a nightmare
 
Well another week down and another lb gone. Coming off slowly but at least it is continuing to come down. Not sure what this week will bring as with the schools off there will be little chance of going to the gym and days out are a nightmare for a diet but as long as I STS I will be happy.
