I weighed in this morning & have lost one pound this week. I'm happy with that as I kind of got into the "start my holiday early" mode & have eaten a few naughty things this week. ;)

Oh well it'll be back to salads/fruit/veg soon enough but first I am going to enjoy my holiday!!!! I'll be back on this thread in 4 weeks, rather depressed & several pounds heavier. :lmao:

Well done everyone who has lost so far this week and hopefully we can all keep going for the rest of the week. I have just returned from WW and I lost 3lbs this week. Total weight loss in 2 weeks is 5.5 lbs, so I am really pleased.

WW Wednesday tomorrow....not sure how it's going to go, as I went for a meal on Sunday and couldn't resist the dessert:rotfl:

Some fab losses already this week - Well Done :woohoo:

I did my weigh-in this morning, and down 3 more pounds, so i have a total loss of 7 lbs this year already! Most of that will just be extra Christmas pounds though!!

Me too!

They were a gift from my cousins French MIL when they stayed the night just before Xmas. I think they'd been left somewhere hot and/or in the sun as they were all melted into several small lumps!

I think its the first time i've EVER said no to chocolate :rotfl:

Oh yuck! I hate it when chocolate has been left to melt and then go hard again, it's horrible!

Went to WW tonight....I can't believe how many new people were there, the line was all the way outside!!!!

Just back from WW and I've lost 2.5 lbs.

I just hope I can keep the enthusiasm going.

Wish I had some success to report but I have only lost 2lb since starting over 2 weeks ago and nothing at all this week. It always amazes me how little I can eat and still not lose weight:confused3

I started my Rosemary Conley class last night. It was so fun; the instructor and people were lovely, and the aerobics session afterwards was a good laugh (and much needed lol).

I'm looking forward to getting stuck in to this program but these first 2 weeks are going to be the toughest. We're on a strict 1200 cals a day for the first 2 weeks, with no alcohol!? I almost fainted haha!

Hopefully I'll have something good to report this time next week though :)

:wizard: I hope your diet starts working for you soon hun, it could be that you're not eating enough, and it's sent your body into starvation mode which makes your body cling onto every ounce of fat that it can. Good Luck

I am very disapointed to have STS this week. I was naughty at the weekend with cocktails and a lovely meal at Bella Italia (with did include a delish piece of Tiramisu), but I was very good for the rest of the week. Oh well, onwards and upwards :wizard: Good Luck to us all for over the weekend and for our weigh-ins next week :wizard:
 
I am really frustrated with the scales today, I have sts but not sure why I worked out at the gym this week and did extra work outs at home and went on a 6 mile walk at the weekend. I have also stuck to my eating plan.:headache::headache:

oh well i shall try harder next week, although its my dads 60th on Sunday and he wants to for an Indian anybody have any ideas on what I could eat that wont ruin the week?

I think you should opt for something like chicken tikka without the sauce. I will check out my WW eating out book and report back. Obviously avoid the naan bread.

Gon't worry too much about STS because at leat it's not a gain ... and everyone will plateau from time to time as the body adjusts.

chicken tikka ( 8 pieces ) - 14 points ( the least points per main course )
poppadom - 4 points
plain rice 12 points
naan bread - 12 points
