Well, it's about time I joined in on this as I'm sure the summer will be here before I know it!

So on Wednesday I'm starting the Rosemary Conley weight loss class! I was gonna wait a couple of weeks and start after my exams, but then I realised that there's no time like the present :)

There'll obviously be nothing to report from me this week due to it being the first class but I'll drop by to see how everyones doing.

It's encouraging to read of the good start everybody is having - and how determined we all sound.

I LOVE Sundays! It's the day I allow myself my weekly bag of crisps. These are my biggest downfall - I could easily eat 2 or 3 packs a day when I'm being bad. Nowadays I look forward all week to that one Sunday pack. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. :cool1:
 

I stepped on the scales at my Mum's house today and I think I may have lost another couple of lbs .. however they are not the Weightwatcher scales and therefore they may lie, so I will wait until my official weigh in for my official announcement. Still being good though :thumbsup2

Sounds like everyone is doing well :thumbsup2 I've actually managed to stick to my diet for 2 whole days and I went to the gym both days as well! Just need to get through the rest of the week now! :lmao:
 
I haven't been as good at exercising as I hoped. :sad2: I did a Zumba class last week and just half an hour on the Wii Fit but apart from that NOTHING! I don't want to end up losing weight only from my muscles so I must try better this week.
 
Phew ! I've just weighed myself, and I can't believe how jammy I am to have STS :thumbsup2 I'm back on track now, so fingers crossed for a loss next week ::yes::
