However I must say one thing that I have been doing since Friday and want to share as a tip is having scrambled egg with beans on a morning ( 2 x small eggs and half a tin of beans) and I can say I can have my breakfast at 7am, go to the gym, go to town and not be hungry until after 1pm...it's amazing. If you are finding yourself hungry mid-morning i'd give this a goIt's working for me to keep the hunger away and I am a terrible snacker

Well its a 1lb loss for me this week - takes me under the dreaded 11st mark
Have been back in the gym again this week, so if I cant lose Lbs I am aiming for inches!!
Congrats to all those who have had big losses (how do you do it!!), and little loses.
Remember your weight can fluctuate by 3/4lbs a day for one reason or another (food?) so weekly weighing/how your clothes feel is better than jumping on the scales every day (even though I do this myself

I am going to join you ladies again and get back on the wagon, i've weighed today and have lost 1.5 lbs this week.
I've joined Weight Watchers online through Quidco and it basically works out free for 3 months! It's £29.99 but you get £30.00 back - well actually they are paying you 5p to join!hope someone else can use that offer too!

I'm frustrated at the moment as I've stayed the sameI was on track to lose at least 1.5lbs but I think the big roast dinner we had quite late last night hasn't helped.
Maybe the scales will say something happier tomorrow![]()

I weigh in for the first time tonight after 1 week on weight watchers. Keeping everything crossed as I have stuck to it like glue !
I am pleased to say that I have said goodbye to 2.5lbs .... woooo hoooo !!!
