I just weighed myself & have lost 5lbs this week, just off to my SW class now to start my official weigh in again.

Well done everyone so far :goodvibes My weigh in's are Fridays so I have a few days to wait yet :laughing:
However I must say one thing that I have been doing since Friday and want to share as a tip is having scrambled egg with beans on a morning ( 2 x small eggs and half a tin of beans) and I can say I can have my breakfast at 7am, go to the gym, go to town and not be hungry until after 1pm...it's amazing. If you are finding yourself hungry mid-morning i'd give this a go :thumbsup2 It's working for me to keep the hunger away and I am a terrible snacker :rotfl:

Yum - I really fancy beans and eggs now! Might have that in a minute!

Well its a 1lb loss for me this week - takes me under the dreaded 11st mark:rotfl2:

Have been back in the gym again this week, so if I cant lose Lbs I am aiming for inches!!

Congrats to all those who have had big losses (how do you do it!!), and little loses.

Remember your weight can fluctuate by 3/4lbs a day for one reason or another (food? :rotfl:) so weekly weighing/how your clothes feel is better than jumping on the scales every day (even though I do this myself:rotfl2:)

I am going to join you ladies again and get back on the wagon, i've weighed today and have lost 1.5 lbs this week.

I've joined Weight Watchers online through Quidco and it basically works out free for 3 months! It's £29.99 but you get £30.00 back - well actually they are paying you 5p to join! :goodvibes hope someone else can use that offer too!

Great weight loss Gems and a great deal. I may start doing it on line myself once I get into it.

I'm frustrated at the moment as I've stayed the same :sad2: I was on track to lose at least 1.5lbs but I think the big roast dinner we had quite late last night hasn't helped.

Maybe the scales will say something happier tomorrow :upsidedow

Oats-so-simple has the same effect if I have it for brekky ... no mid morning snacking required at all !

I weigh in for the first time tonight after 1 week on weight watchers. Keeping everything crossed as I have stuck to it like glue !
 
Our ww leader has this plastic lump of fat which represents 1lbs ... although 2.5lbs doesn't sound a lot when she held that up it felt enormous. I felt really chuffed to have lost all of that ugly stuff.:thumbsup2

Good luck to anyone else still to weigh this week .... and lets keep up the good work !!!

Well done everyone, looks like everyone is off to a good start!

Just had my first weigh in at WW and i am really pleased to have lost 5lbs this week :)
Long way to go still but so relieved to have made a good start.

Only downside is now i have to eat less as ive lost a point lol!
