 Wow ! well done on losing 7lbs Julie, that's brilliant, and your over all loss is incredible, you should be very proud of yourself

Hi,

Wow weight loss is incredible Julie! :) Well done.

I am right on track at the moment to reaching my target.
I have given myself until the last working day of this year to reach my first target to loose 10 kgs.
I have been dieting on and off since April and have set myself a nice easy goal of 1/2 lb (225 gms) per week so it doesn't matter if I put on some weeks, I can soon get back on track.
2 kgs lost already, 8 more to go before Christmas.
Then I plan to loose another 7 lbs after that, before Easter next year, then I will be at my proper final target weight and will be able to try my wedding dress on again (we got married 7 years ago and I have had two kids since then! LOL!).

Who else is dieting then?
Hope you are all getting on ok.

x

 Your target is very do-able Karen, and you've set yourself a sensible amount of time to reach it. Well done on your loss so far :wizard: and good luck reaching your next target

another 2.5lbs off for me so a total of 3st 2.5lbs since January - would like to lose the same again but we will see how it goes - I have no target set or a target date to aim for!

Julie, you are truly an inspiration!

I'm still down in the doldrums and haven't been sticking to my eating plan or weighing myself. I finally stepped on the scales this morning and was disappointed that I'm the same as I was last time I looked (must be aobut 3 weeks ago) but probably should be pleased that I hadn't gained half a stone.

I had a dream last night that my weight had gone up by 2 stone - hope that one doesn't come true.

I have decided to ditch WW - it's becoming more of a social event for me so I'm not taking it seriously or being very disciplined. I am going to try Slimming World but will have to do it on line as the classes local to me are on nights that I work. Hopefully a complete change of eating plan will get me back to being a loser (in the nicest sense of the word).

:woohoo: Well done on losing another 2.5lbs, and your total is amazing too, you must be chuffed to bits ::yes::

:wizard: Good Luck Katie, I hope you reach your target in 4 weeks :wizard:

:yay: Well I am shocked and thrilled to have lost 2lbs this week.

It's a shock because I haven't had a zumba class for a week, and of course as it's been half term, there seems to have been lots of goodies around. Thankfully both food and zumba wise, we're back to normal next week

:wizard: Good Luck with your weigh-ins next week guys :wizard:

well after many weeks of just "not feeling like dieting" i am back on the band waggon and am pleased to say i have lost 2lbs (23lbs so far) since the last time i posted.

There is a long way to go yet to reach my goal, but i am just going to try hard and see how far i get. If i get a good way there for the hols i will be happy.

Good luck every-one xxx

 Well done Stacey, glad to hear that you are back on track, keep up the good work

I don't know about you, but I am pleased that the kids are back to school/college today and that my zumba classes are back to 3 times a week :dance3: There was just too much eating and lack of exercise last week ::yes::

:wizard: Good Luck with your weigh-ins this week everyone :wizard:

Hi Guys,

i've been lurking, but I too, finally bit the bullet, and went from
calorie controlled diet to my "saviour" slimming world. started 3 weeks
ago with DW and i've been a good little soldier and lost 9.5 lbs. I
was slimmer of the week yesterday and got a bag of fruit that was
going off..........:rotfl2:......it's the thought that counts:thumbsup2

anyway, to my fellow dieters, I hope to see less of you next week:banana:

LOL - you too!

Some really inspiring weight losses amongst you ladies.

I was on holiday in the South of France last week :cloud9: *sigh* and I ate such lovely food so I was a bit scared to get on the scales - but I had lost another pound. I'm also back on track again now so I'm feeling pleased. I can't remember my total - I'll have to check that out and get back to you all. :)
