So, tell us how you're getting on. Are you still on track to reach your target for your holiday ? Have you reached your target and now just maintaining (that's me) ? Or are you struggling to keep motivated ?

Please let us know how you are doing ? Inspire us with you total loss to date and any secrets for keeping the weight off

I have STS this week.. I'm gutted, because I wanted 6lb off in 3 weeks before we went back to the world, and I haven't done anything differently to every other week! The only difference is that I have worked about 4 times more than usual (my job requires a lot of time on my feet, so maybe i've built muscle/toned up rather than lost weight?).
Anyway, at least it's not a gain, but the goal probably is unattainable now :sad2:

Felt a bit too new and shy to join in last month's thread but I hope you'll have me on this one!

I've been on a healthy kick for about a year now in the run up to my wedding/honeymoon. 18 months ago I was 12 stone and I've managed to get down to 10.5 stone by taking up running and cutting out (*most*) takeaway.

I've got about another 7-14 pounds to shift and they're determined to stick around!! I'd like to be 10 stone by the end of September when we're having our pre-wedding photoshoot with our photographer! I'm currently at 10 stone 3 but I keep putting on and taking off the same pound each week!!

Need to step up the running and I'm about to try the 30 Day Shred DVD - anyone else tried this and have any comments?

Good luck and big willpower to anyone else who's dieting at the moment :goodvibes

I'm starting this DVD on Monday. Plan to do M-F and have weekends off. Need the break as I have two young girls who keep me occupied so am going to have to get up half an hour earlier in the morning to do the DVD!

I've just weighed in and I have once again STS, I am hoping to lose another pound or two over the next few weeks as I near my holiday, but at the moment I am happy to be maintaining my current weight ::yes::

I am pleased to say I have STSover the last couple of weeks, as i have had tons of birthdays and Meals out to contend with.

I am hoping to lose another couple of lbs before my Hols, I am reasonably pleased with my progress. I didnt quite achieve my ultimate goal but I am still much smaller than this time last year, I suppose my end of term report would say something like" Made good progress but at times could have tried Harder" :rotfl:

:woohoo: Well done on STS over the last few weeks (I've been the same ::yes::) I think quite a few of us could've tried harder :rotfl: but we can't deny ourselves a few nice meals or treats can we ? :thumbsup2

Well done! A STS is always good when you have been out a lot, I know I'm always please with that!

I've lost 1.2 pounds this week :cool1: first loss in a while and I think tracking my food on My Fitness Pal has helped - there's more calories in cake than I like to think!!

I have to get back on track with the exercise too, I've done no running this week and I'm in the Adidas 5k on 11 Sept :goodvibes

I've just weighed in and I have for about the 5th week STS, which I am very pleased with as I had hurt the top of my leg earlier in the week and haven't been able to zumba at home (serves me right for zumba-ing, but not cooling down and stretching afterwards). I've got one more week with our insructor being off then I will go all out for the final two weeks before my hols ::yes::

:blush: I'm embarassed to say that I haven't weighed myself this morning, as after a lovely Pizza Express lunch the other day (which included dough balls - yum !) followed by a Krispy Kreme, I feel too bloated to step on the scales

With only two weeks till my hols, I will be pulling out all the stops ::yes:: Thankfully my zumba instructor is back next week too, so I've got 3 classes next week (phew !)

I have finally managed to lose some LBS :cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::banana::banana::banana:

I havent posted for ages as I had resigned myself to just STS for the rest of my life!

I have lost 4Lb in the last 2 weeks so only have 1lb more to go to hit my target weight before we start our holidays.

Having tried Slimming World, Weight Watchers, healthy eating etc :eek: I have been having home made smoothies for breakfast (a small banana, handfull of frozen fruit, some protein powder and natural yogurt), home made soup for lunch and whatever I want for my evening meal - had pasta bake last night :rolleyes1.

I havent even managed to get to the gym more than once this week due to having to rest a foot injury.

I'm in again. I think I joined way back saying I wanted to lose 7lb. Well, that didn't work...:rotfl:

So I'm in. I would like to lose at least 7lb, possibly up to 14lb.

I've done calorie counting before so that's what I'm running with. 1400 calories a day, plus 20-30 mins of exercise 5 times a week.

Done just fine so far this week, coming in at 1200-1400 calories a day and 25 minutes of exercise each day. Tomorrow I'm off out for dinner and drinks, though - but I'm not about to give up everything I enjoy in life! ;)
