Well done on the weight you have shifted already, you've done really well
Well done to everyone who has lost or STS over the last week
first loss in a while and I think tracking my food on My Fitness Pal has helped - there's more calories in cake than I like to think!!
Well done on losing 1.2 lbs
I'm embarassed to say that I haven't weighed myself this morning, as after a lovely Pizza Express lunch the other day (which included dough balls - yum !) followed by a Krispy Kreme, I feel too bloated to step on the scales
I have been having home made smoothies for breakfast (a small banana, handfull of frozen fruit, some protein powder and natural yogurt), home made soup for lunch and whatever I want for my evening meal - had pasta bake last night
