**Dis Dieters- January 2012**

so sorry to hear your news Sue, can well understand why dieting is not really a concern right now.

I joined SW online shortly before Christmas but I'm finding it hard going by myself - I need group support but the SW class that I can get to is on one of the evenings I work. I have done WW in the past and this is on a different day so I might give that a go. I've just resubscribed to SW for another month and will see how it goes. With all that was going on at the end of last year I wasn't really following the plan so it's most likely my fault. Anyway, I've now made today my starting point and hope to be able to post a loss next week.

Also should add that the dr's are currently changing my diabetes medication which will also hinder my efforts until I get used to it.

:wizard: Good luck Louise, I hope you have a nice loss next week ::yes::

Diet/Healthy Eating Plan...I have been very good in having my weighed cereal every morning which is amazing because I really do not like eating early in the day, but this has helped in me NOT giving in and grabbing a chocolate bar at about 10.30 am. Lunch time has also been fine to keep to good food. We have decided to keep it light and easy in the day and basically have what we want (within reason) for the evening meal. It's all going fine but as I think I said I don't weigh myself I just go on what the clothes are feeling like. The clothes are def NOT dropping off me but are feeling a tad less tight!!! This week has been a total pain though as I have my dad with me doing DIY and he likes his puddings..so have had a little pudding every night so far and I am not talking a fruit salad..but hey ho he is going home on Friday so I don't have to cater for him and will be back to NO PUDDINGS!!
We have another incentive to shift the extra pounds and that is my husband is going to have both hips replaced:eek: (arthritis, he is crumbling away) one in April and one in June and the consultant said that it would just aid his recovery to lose some weight (as he tapped is belly).:rotfl:

After a very stressful week I am pleased to have STS this week :)

:wizard: Good luck for next week everyone

I have waved goodbye to another 1lb so hoping to get my first silver 7 next week :goodvibes

Good luck to everybody for next week:thumbsup2

Checking in for another week and I have lost 1lb this week, it's a step in the right direction but really disappointed as I have been pretty strict on my intake and I have been out running about 10 miles this week.

Ah well maybe next week will show a better result, well done all and good luck next week.

Stephen
