Good morning all:goodvibes

So sorry Im a day late with this weeks thread, Ive not been too good this weekend as I had a nasty fall on Friday in work and have possibly broken my nose and black and blue all over:sad2:

I didnt weigh yesterday as I normally do on a Sunday as I havent been out, so I dont know how I have done this week, but I dont think its very good:) I will leave it this week and see how I get on at weigh in next week.

I have bought myself a pedometer and have been trying to do a min of 10,000 steps a day, easier said then done when you have a desk job:rotfl2:

So what sort of week have you had, looking forward to hearing all about your first week and if you managed to lose anything.:goodvibes

oh my goodness...hope you are ok..

I have a desk job as well and although I walk to work from the car park which is not near the hospital I still don't think I am doing 10,000 steps a day either!

I have decided that I am not weighing in at a club but have been relatively good this week (ate the chocolate santa's head!!!) and certainly feel like I have lost the bloated feeling. Have started by cutting out all snacks and having small portions of food. Been having a WEIGHED portion of porridge in the morning instead of just pouring it in..can't bring myself to do it with water though..yuk!

We are both vegetarian so you would think it would be easier for us to cut down, but I think I said already, the meals we eat are for 4 or 6 and we normally eat them between the two of us!! so have got a load of plastic containers and bags and have started to freeze the portions. My shopping bill is going to go down a lot because of this..!

so there is week one for me...Not fab but also not bad! My willpower is good at the moment...:thumbsup2
 
I joined slimming wolrd last week and get weighed in on thursday , ill be back to report progress then:rotfl2:

I am pleased to announce a 2lbs loss this week .... using My Fitness Pal on the internet really helps keep track of the calories going in. I intend to go to Zumba again tomorrow night and must look at increasing exercise to twice a week soon.

I've finally weighed myself after the Christmas season and I'm happy to say I only put on 2lbs, as I thought it would be more!
Hopefully I can shift those 2lbs this week and then get back on track.:goodvibes
