I couldn't go for my weigh in last night. Due to winds, and the various roads closed - the increased volume of traffic meant it took me 20 minutes to do my final 500 yards home - there was no way I was going back out to get weighed!

I'll have to advise you next week - It had better be a good one if it covers 2 weeks!

I am very pleased to announce I have lost the 4lb I put on over Christmas plus another 2lb, so 6lb in total!!!
