Hi guys
I haven't been keeping up with the threads but I hope every one is still doing OK and mostly staying on track. We got back yesterday and I still need plenty of this to keep me going
I'm pleased to report that in the 5 and a half weeks since my last weigh in I only put on 3.5lbs

and I reckon most of that was in the last 10 days when we were on site without a car. I didn't track or count points at all and pretty much ate what I liked although I did make healthy choices and often ate a kids CS meal in the parks which was usually more than enough for lunch. When we were out for dinner I just avoided things that I knew were going to be way over the top on points (like Outback Steakhouse cheese fries at 70 - yes 70 points a portion

) I still had deserts if I wanted them and my two new favourite drinks are Starbucks java choc chip Frappuccino (with whip) and Rainbow-Tini cocktails but not both at the same time
I'm back on track starting today and hope to shift the 3.5lb plus the last stone that I need to get to my goal. I had a brilliant time shopping and got some real bargains as most of the stores had sales with 75% off. I even bought some Levi's rather than the usual elasticated waist jeans I'd normally buy
I'll try and catch up over the next few days (and probably nights with this jet lag

)
