Dis Daily Fix Hiatus

I like it better when the team talks about the news instead now they just say oh we covered this in the daily fix and don't discuss as much on the podcast.

This is my issue with the Fix. I had hoped it would be unique content but it isn't. More often than not, it's the same stuff they talk about on Tuesday, so it kind of spoils the regular show because you've already heard the stories. I stopped watching because of that.
That said, I'd probably still listen if it popped up on its own podcast feed, just not as video-only like it is now. The only part that is time sensitive is the weather report and that's only relevant if you're there. So listening later wouldn't change anything.

True. They do mention some stuff from the site. Personally, I don't find that all that useful since I'm already very active here, but I'm sure others like it.

I don't want to sound like I'm bashing the show. I'm not at all. I think both JL and Pete do a great job with it. And like I said, if it showed up on my podcast feed, I would listen for sure despite my issues with the content because I love everything the team does. Just overall, I wish it offered more content that didn't overlap with the Tuesday show. I liked when it started and they did "This date in Disney history". They still put that on the website but don't include it in the show which is a shame. That was the kind of unique feature I'm talking about.

I feel the same way. I try to catch it every few days or so & when they mentioned a thread that is trending, I try to make the effort to check it out. Always time well spent. Sort of a Coles Notes of what's hot on the Boards. Think its a great extra treat from the DIS Team & happy to support it.

DIS Daily fix will be replaced during the Week of April 4th by the Extra Magic Fix .... which is basically the same thing, but costs $129, is limited to 1,000 viewers, and has all the Mickey bars you can eat! (note you much purchase said Mickey bars separate but you are free to eat as many of them as you want while watching the Extra Magic Fix)

$129. Is that with or without tax?
