DIS-CON Park Admission Passes Questions

Checked the FAQ and there's only prices listed for the DIS-CON park admission passes so I have some questions about them:

Can these passes be pre-ordered?

If we pick them up at DIS-CON sign-in, can they be paid for by credit card? If so, which ones will be accepted.

If cash only, will you accept traveler's cheques?
