Now that people are starting to arrive home from trips, I thought we need a new thread listing things you bought on the 2008 DDP snack list. Just to give us an idea! :cool1:

I am extemly interested in this also. I usually use the snack credits to bring small cotton candy and mickey mouse ears back to my grandkids but I don't know if they are allowed or not. Can anyone help?

I am at the WL right now. We were able to get the oatmeal at RF which goes for 2.49 as a snack credit, but if you add fruit to your oatmeal, it ordinarily costs 3.99, and you can not use that as a credit. I was told that you have to use a counter service and get 2 drinks with it.

Also, we were not able to get the bunch of mickey head lollypops as a snack. It is 3.99 and last year I was able to do it as a snack, and the CM said that she noticed that alot of items you were able to get last year you now cannot.

We were able to get a strawberry shortcake from Sunshine Seasons in the land as a snack, and that was 3.99.

I am going to Epcot today, and have lots of snack credits so I am going to try to get a few different things and post back.

Oh I am waiting for this. I still want to know if they will allow the school bread, muffin, popcorn, Mickey ice cream bar and little candy things like suckers and mints?????

Oh no!! No Mickey lollies?!? That's what we used our snack credits on last year to give to DS's friends when we got home!

I read on another post similar to this one that any single serve item such as a muffin, or small bag of chips, etc. still counts as a snack credit. Things like a half gallon of milk or a box of donuts or "groups" of things are not regardless of their cost. I believe it is listed in the brochure as a "single serve" item! Hope that helps!

What is "school bread"?

Does anyone know if funnel cakes are still working as snacks in 2008?

Thanks!

It's a really tasty pastry type dessert that can be found in Norway (World Showcase).

And those better still be on the plan.

Thanks...I'm looking for carb snacks that I can have with coffee for breakfast. (I know, carbs are a dirty word..but it's VACATION!!;) )..I'll have my protein at the park!

I can confirm that school bread is a snack - Got 2 of them today...YUM...also got a fruit tart at Norway and Kaki Gori today and they were both snacks...

We have 7 more snacks that need be finished by tomorrow, so I will report back what we were able to get

Okay, I can't find the thread that had the poster stating they got pastries in France for snack credits. ????? ( it was in the last couple of days)

If you are reading this please update!

Coffman6 talked about on page 3 of the Deluxe Dining Thread.

I hope it helps! (And I hope he/she didn't just get lucky - I'd love to have some pastry snacks)
