We are sorry about cardboy. We are sorry about EVERYTHING. This was the first race and somebody(card) unfortuneatly: left us without saying a word. Everyone is now in a daze because of cardboy, and, once again, we are sorry.

again, we are sorry for the problems. becuase ----- was first, you are now second. Adio has just desocvered a new bug: walking through walls. Yes, its true. He did walk through a wall in a teleporter. Not once but two times! because the same teleporter in the two accedients was involed, it was taken away. Adio went through all the teleporters. But, since we took one away: he never made it to the entrance. So, just to be fair: we made him first. Sorry again.

THX to Cardboy leaving i was not allowed to finished! I couldn't make it because then Sunny left her post too, and I spent thirty minutes looking for cardboy. I am bummed.

I had fun, but first I spent 30 minutes looking for person #4, and then inadvertently found person#5 who pointed me to person#6, but by then she was gone because it was so late. I just wanted to finish...kinda bummed that I didn't. But, I would definately play again - this was better than an "official VMK" event any day! Thanks to all the sponsors and helpers and congrats to the winners!

I had a blast! yes, I got lost looking for cardboy too. I did find the Philinator (I think) in the music game but I didnt check the boards to see if card boy dropped out. It was very organized and very fun! I would do it again in a heart beat! I didn't finish either. But it was fun while it lasted! You guys rocked! Maybe you should be working for vmk!

This was a lot of fun, But i do not if i can keep my number two spot. When looking for blue somebody, I found the Turkey, and skipped many rooms. It said in the contest rules stuff could be changed, and this is what I thought happened. I am sorry, if this messes up the competition.

Perhaps in order to keep people "in order" the racers should give a pass phrase to the next clue in order to receive that clue.

Ie: If Clue Dispenser A tells the racer : In order to receive your next clue, *in the trade window* say "A pixie flies from the castle at night." or something When racer gets to Clue Dispenser B and is greeted, they need to give that pass phrase to even hear the next clue. If they don't have the pass phrase, they need to go back to find the right one.

I think that might eliminate some of the issues of people going out of order and people not knowing how long to stay in place. The clue giver will know how many people he/she told the pass phrase to so that the next clue giver knows how many to look for. Make sense??

I know I managed to find everyone -- Cardboy was really difficult and from what I've heard left sometime after I got the clue from him.

Hi,

Just thought I would give an update on last night's race.

Eight people completed stage 2 of the race (the guest rooms), however some had inadvertantly missed step(s) in stage 1.

The unofficial placings (in order of crossing the finish line) are:

5. BubbasFriend
6. MagicAce
7. DisAeryn
8. mickeysmagic

We are still confirming who missed which steps of the race to determine the final placings. We will post and let you know where you placed.

There was some confusion on the first stage of the race, so we hope to improve that for Sunday. Because of that, anyone who raced Friday and did not make it to Stage 2 will be allowed to race Sunday if you like. Please send me a message indicating that you would like to race again. (We will be changing the Stage 1 clues and hiding places, so you will not gain an unfair advantage)
