Nicole - I am getting in mid-day on the 9th and traveling solo; Kathy is arriving on the 9th at night. You are welcome to join up with us too until James comes in. It doesn't sound like we are without anything to do on Thursday But if you find yourself looking for company on Wednesday, just give me a call. I think my flight arrives just before noon.

POR. I checked - my flight arrives at MCO at 11:45am. I plan on dropping my bags at the hotel and heading over to DTD. I'll give you my cell # and we can get together. Only 163 more days!!!

Just looking for clarification on when you are coming in - is it Thursday or is it the 11th? I've been trying to update this list as things were posted and realized there are quite a few errors. I'm in the process of cleaning it up and wanted to make sure I got your arrival date right this time

I love that you have your trip planned but don't know yet where you are staying. You are my hero of solo traveling.

Okay, I have edited the original post to clean things up a bit. I hated the way it looked before but couldn't quite figure out how to make it look straight. Hopefully I got everyone right - if there is anything I didn't get right, let me know and I'll make the change.

One more thing - I noticed Mary has done a lot of work getting where everyone is staying and I know she tried to get me to add them to this thread but I was frustrated with how the first page looked. I am in the process of cross-referencing all of the posts from Mary's thread onto this one and will link up to her thread on my first post just because I really like the way her first page looks The info has been updated on my excel - give me a few hours (gotta get to work - I'll do it during lunch) and I'll have everyone updated. Then if it is wrong, you can send out the henchmen.

Main Party/Event – the evening of Saturday 12/12/2009

- We are not ready to take waitlist/sign-ups for our main event/party – so please don’t ask. Once we have some specifics worked out we will put up a sign-up form. Until then please be patient.
- We understand that many people will want to attend this year’s party so we are working to ensure we can accommodate as many people as possible so no one is left out.
- We will be charging a small fee to attend this event. This fee is to offset administrative costs and to help ensure everyone who signed up for the party attends. Last year we had some people sign-up who didn’t attend – and since Disney charges us ‘per head’ for these events we wound up wasting money and, worst yet, those were spaces others could have taken.
- We have not worked out the exact fee yet, but plan on keeping it as reasonable as possible so that as many folks who want to attend are able – more details to come.
- Folks who book 2 or more nights with Dreams Unlimited Travel for that weekend will get a priority space on the list for the party as well as have the fee waived.

yes I read this...I just thought maybe someone had a guess of what it may be. I don't know what they charged at Mousefest and thought it may be along that line. Thanks anyways I'll keep checking

Does anyone know if MCO is the only airport that ME comes and picks you up? Because if I can find somewhere cheaper to fly into, I'll do that. I really don't want to have a taxi take me to WDW!!

You're doing a great job. It is hard to put it all together. Not to stick my nose in or tell you how to do something (definitely not) but thought maybe you'd like to see how I have it set up for Passporter group. http://www.passporterboards.com/forums/2500623-post1.html It may help you in deciding how to or how not to put it together.

We also have a thread about "where you are staying". I may incorporate that this afternoon. Thanks for the idea
