Does anyone know if MCO is the only airport that ME comes and picks you up? Because if I can find somewhere cheaper to fly into, I'll do that. I really don't want to have a taxi take me to WDW!!

I guess it doesn't really matter...I might run into some fellow DISers!!! We could probably drive the bus driver bonkers!!!

ME only works through MCO. Sanford has shuttles but you have to pay for them and I think they are a bit on the expensive side. When I checked it out it was about the same as renting a car. Make sure you check for hidden fees, we will see the 79 one way but then there are bag fees, taxes, seat fee, extra if you want to make sure you can carry on your carry on, etc. It does not save anything by the time you add in all those things.

ME is only at MCO. Part of the airports deal with Disney.

You're doing a great job. It is hard to put it all together. Not to stick my nose in or tell you how to do something (definitely not) but thought maybe you'd like to see how I have it set up for Passporter group. http://www.passporterboards.com/forums/2500623-post1.html It may help you in deciding how to or how not to put it together.

In my best Lilo voice, "I LIKE it!!!" I was going to update my list during my lunch today but I think I will go with Plan B (aka - the way you did it) which will require more than my hour lunch. I'll make sure the list is new and improved list is updated no later than tomorrow. As for now, keep adding info here and I'll make sure it gets changed. I worked on the list last night until my eyes got blurry (it was why I wasn't in chat - anal retentive I know, but at least I own it) so I want to make sure I get it right. Thanks for the input

yes I read this...I just thought maybe someone had a guess of what it may be. I don't know what they charged at Mousefest and thought it may be along that line. Thanks anyways I'll keep checking

Sorry - with so many threads going on, I never know what people see and don't see. I didn't get to go last year, but there was no charge for the TSM meet. It is my understanding that the reason for the charge this year is to avoid the "no-shows" because the per-person payment has to be made in advance. Plus, there were people who said they were coming but then didn't which took away from the limited space for those that really wanted to come. I know JohntheGenius will update up with details as soon as they become available.

Thanks I really liked the way you did your page and wanted to do the same format. I think your format is easier to look at and determine who is coming in on each day and where everyone is staying. Plus, we don't have to have two threads going - it was really confusing. This puts all the info on one page.

I have been dying to go to wdw in Dec for a few years now. For one reason or another we have always gone at other times though. This year we were planning to go, but then we got the chance to go to Italy in November, so I assumed that we would have to scratch the Disney trip.

Today we looked at our finances, and we realized that we actually can afford to do both!!! We are going to Italy in November, and a few weeks later we will be at WDW!!!!

We are currently booked at OKW, but are wait listed for BCV and AKV. We are hopeful that one will come through, but if not we LOVE OKW.

We will be there from 12/10/09-12/14/09 Yay!!!! It is kind of a coincidence that we will be there for DAP, but it is a great one!!!!

I hope to sign up for the Saturday evening party, and maybe some f the other meets as well!!!!
