I'm really starting to get overwhelmed. Thank god I have two more months to figure this out...

Anyway, I am just now realizing that we land in Orlando at 4PM on a Friday! I haven't been to WDW in 6years and the only way I know how to get from the airport to WDW is the Bee something or other and I-4. Will I be hitting rush hour traffic?? Any other routes???

You DO not want to take the Beeline. What you need to do is take the South exit from the airport and take 417 towards WDW. You will spend $2-2.50 in tolls but the road is so much better and less travelled than the Beeline.

I agree...don't take the beeline as it will be very busy. Take the 417 with the toll roads. Just follow the signs from the airport. Disneyworld is very easy to find and get to following the 417. It is very well marked with signs all the way to disneyworld. Telling you what hotels and areas to exit off of. I have a horrible sense of direction and rent a car and I manage to find it everytime!! :rotfl2:

Yes, another vote here for 417!

The route is easy; when you leave the airport, folow the signs for the south airport exit to SR417 - the Central Florida Greenway - west.

Once you are on 417, you will drive for about 25 minutes till you get to the WDW area. Take Exit 3 to Osceola Parkway. This will take you straight into WDW, and you can then follow the signs for your resort.

This route totally avoids I-4, and avoids most traffic, too. Total travel time from MCO to WDW property is about 30-35 minutes, then you might have another 10 minutes getting to your actual resort.

Yet another vote for 417!!! I-4 is pretty much a vast parking lot; other than occasional toll booth backups, 417 is a breeze by comparison.
