Directions to DW from Emerald Island

Hi everyone,

We are renting a house in Emerald Island for a week in November. How do you get from Emerald Island to Disney World, is there one way in, or does it depend on which park you are going to.

Hello Pooh,
Come out of EI and make a right on Funnie Steed, then a Left on Formosa Gardens Boulevard to 192, take a right, and go down to the first light to Sherberth Road/ Entry Point Road take a left- Sherberth/Entry Point dumps you out at the light at the employee entrance to Animal Kingdom. Take a left at that light to go to Animal Kingdom LODGE only- Take a right at that light to go to all other Disney things, including Animal Kingdom itself- Lots of signs.

. Coming home. On the reverse, to come home, follow the signs to
Animal Kingdom Lodge- The last light BEFORE Animal Kingdom will be Sherberth
Road. Take a left here- go to next light- Take a right onto 192 Then take a
left from 192 onto Formosa Gardens Boulevard/ Sand Lakes Road, Make a Right on Funnie Steed to Emerald Island

Just remember to go towards AKL we always have some one in our group do the AK turn around. LOL
