Directions from Alabama

Hello to all!
We leave Sunday afternoon! So I have seen some fellow Alabamanians on the board...can you suggest the quickest route to Disney? It has been years since we have been there and there a few different options so I was just wondering if I could get some opinions on the shortest way there.

why not buy a gps? They are about $100 bucks at Target. My guess would be depending on time and traffic different paths will take different time. The GPS will help you avoid traffic and help with time.
