Direct with backdated 2024 points - available for any Use Year?

2024 UY points only exist if you are within the 2024 UY.

The three UYs you listed are all past their 2024 UY and now in the 2025 UY.

June, August, September, October, and December 2025 UYs have not yet started and would all include 2024 UY points if you purchased direct today.

The annual dues fall with the calendar year and NOT the UY which is why no one is paying any 2024 dues if they buy a contract in calendar year 2025 regardless of UY.

That’s just sales talk. As explained above, they can’t sell you 2024 points for a UY that’s already started its 2025 UY.

And when buying direct, dues are prorated on the calendar year. So anyone buying June 1, for instance, will pay 7/12 of the dues for that resort for calendar year 2025, no matter which UY they buy.

This is why sometimes I feel that later use years simply have an advantage over earlier use years. You can always buy some points direct just before your use year with the previous years' points still on the contract and get 2 years of points while only effectively paying a small percentage of 1 year of dues for that first set of double points.
