For shore to ship calls within the U.S. they would dial toll-free: 1-888-322-8732. They will then be prompted to select which ship you're sailing on. They'll be prompted to press 1# for the Disney Dream, 2# for the Disney Fantasy, 3# for the Disney Magic and 4# for the Disney Wonder.
