I booked 4 rooms which were room only reservations for my family. I am paying for the trip and several reservations are arriving at different times through out the night and even into the next morning. I've called several times and spoke with cast members about the direct to room check-in process but can't get one consistent answer. One cast member said since I booked room only it was not an option and I would need to go to guest services to check in and pay the remaining balance for the reservation. Another cast member said I would have to pay for my reservation in full and then would get a direct to room text message and yet another cast member said that I would could only pay for my reservation balance at check-in with guest services as "direct to room" was not available for room only reservations and that was just how there reservation system worked. I have looked everywhere and I can not find anything that says direct to room is not available for a room only reservation - I know someone will have the answers - I am a little annoyed that the cast members are not more knowledgeable (or maybe they are)?
