Has anyone who's purchased a direct DVC contract been able to negotiate a removal/reduction of the $250 document preparation fee that appears under closing costs?
We waived the title insurance fee since it was a direct purchase from Disney, but I was wondering if there was any possibility of lowering closing costs even further.
Would it make any difference if the purchase had been split into smaller multiple contracts, or is the $250 doc prep fee tacked onto each contract? Has anyone had any success if getting Disney to waive the $250 from the closing costs for the 2nd or 3rd contract when they're all part of a single purchase?
