I was wondering if you might know approximately what the closing costs are with buying a small (40 point) direct contract would be. We are thinking of adding on to our CCV contract. Thanks for your input.

Do DVC ever let you 'convert' resale to direct points?

If they charged, say $20 a point, I think it may be worthwhile.

I assume the answer is no, but thought I would ask

No, they have never offered this. I would be interested if they let you change the UY of your points, but only DVC can change the UY of resale points right now.

If they were going to increase the direct purchase price for CCV would they announce it or just do it and if they decide to increase it how soon do you think it would be? Currently thinking of doing a small add-on and don’t want to pay more than the current $220 unless I can find a resale with my UY.
