Can anyone please tell me who flys direct from Manchester and Birmingham to Orlando?

I am looking about on this and i can only confirm Thomson (incorperating First Choice ex routes) that flies direct to Sanford. There are no direct scheduled.

Virgin fly scheduled
Charters to Sanford include all the usual subjects Thomas Cook, Thomson, Monarch but you can book these through many Holiday operators.
