Direct bus from MGM to DD?

Is there a direct bus to get you from MGM to Downtown Disney? Or, do you have to take a bus to the TTC, then another bus to DD? (If that's the case, is there an easier way to get from MGM to DD, perhaps taking a bus back to your resort, then switching to a bus to DD?)
