A couple of things.
How do you change your flight? My Sister had to change/cancel her flight within 24 hours of booking last night and the 1-800 number was not working. Is this common? They tried for hours. There was no where to cancel on their website, so they sent an email. Not sure what will happen.
I am flying with them tonight and am a little concerned. First time. I know they're a small airline so I'm hoping they're off weekends.
How early do you really need to be at this airport? I know it's a small airport.
