Wow, that's some serious increases in price!

Just quoted a May 2017 and 2018 trip and the price has gone up by £750! Just for a value hotel!!

I'm hoping it's just to create a price establishment!

bare in mind that there is currently a free nights offer on for 2017, where as there is none for 2018... Even with that however you are correct, some sizeable increases in cost

£ plummetting against the $ is not a good news for international travelers (an not only for these). I'm glad at least I have my rooms paid for life with DVC.

I'm just waiting on ROFR for mine, with Brexit looming it felt like it made sense haha

Prices seem to off gone up so much. Hoping that Okw and SSR are released and are lower than AKL when free dining comes out( if it does!)

Me and my fiancé are planning a honeymoon trip to Disney in August 2018, prices seem quite expensive considering no free dining or anything. Is it worth holding out and seeing if they put out a better offer? (My fiancé currently lives in america, do you think it may be cheaper to get a quote from an american travel agent?)

Not looked into DVC yet, it seems a little bit daunting from someone who hasn't had experience of it before as you are trusting someone else who makes the booking in their name etc? I mean I'm sure its fine if you use a reputable site (dvcrequest.com people recommend here don't they?) I'm just not sure, i kind of like booking through Disney the small upfront deposit and then a while to make sure i have the cash to pay it off.

Even with the current room offer taken into account, the difference between the 21-day Disneymoon we were hoping for in 2017 compared to 2018 is +£1,100!

I hope something changes here because otherwise we're stuffed. Disney is pricing people out of the market with huge increases like that.

the free dining offer will probably be out in another month or so...
but probably we'll need some oxygen available before we look at those prices..
