Dinsey Visa Rewards, how long to get by mail?

I need some advice from some that have already cashed in some of their Disney Visa Rewards for WDW vouchers.
How long did it take to receive them by mail from when you ordered them? In my intial brochure on the card and still currently on the card's website, it says 2 weeks. I sent an email to them the other day to just double check and they said 4-6 weeks! We are going on the 15 th of the months to WDW and our statement closing date is also the 15th of the month. Would it be cutting it too short to order these on the previous month's statement date for use on her trip? Just want to cash in as many as possible.

I have ordered twice and gotten them both in under two weeks. (Don't remember exactly how long they took!)

I just ordered them today. The delivery date online says August 12th. I can post again when I receive the rewards in the mail.

I just ordered last week (I can't remember which day), my delivery date said Aug 5th, but I got them on Wed

The turnaround both times so far for me has been under 2 weeks. I just got some today!

I ordered some on Sunday 7/20-did it on the internet. The date shipped per the internet was Wed 7/23. They were in my mailbox yesterday-Fir 7/25. WooHoo! I took a big chance on ordering mine and was really sweating it. We leave on Monday so if they hadn't come by today, I was gonna be out of luck. I had ordered some about 6 weeks ago and they too arrived really fast. Probably within a week.

Has anyone used them at the Disney Store for a voucher for annual passes? Can they be combined with Disney Club Discount?
